No business is perfect, but how they take care of their customers matters. I was very hesitant in placing an order with a company I've never dealt with before. But I decided to take a chance and the first order went great. I received my products within 2 weeks. Unfortunately my second order didn't go so well. I received 2 defective/not up to par items, and Dolabuy took care of me. The replacement process was easy and they just wanted the customers to be happy. Tracy in Customer Service is awesome, and Lucy from the sales team are my favorite people. I've just placed my 4th order with Lucy and will place another special order in the next few days. Obsessed!! The bag is exactly as stated and the quality is great. Came in a dust bag, and had extra packaging round the strap for protection. No funny smells and the bag is super sturdy much better quality than I was expecting! Shipping to US was quick, item was wrapped well so no damage and I cannot fault anything about this item. I had an amazing experience with the customer service both before and after my purchase. Samantha was very responsive to my emails and provided me with excellent support. I ordered the black Onthego giant tote and was pleasantly surprised to receive a free round zip wallet of 19 cm along with it. Bags and prices are great , i bought one back in 2019 for my wife and it's still in perfect condition. I just bought another one 10 days ago and just received it today in perfect condition. I was a little nervous to order several bags of different brands, but after reading lots of amazing reviews and seeing pictures of the real thing in the comments, I went for it. Focus on today Gucci Supreme bag, I love it! The logo and everything are on point , and it seems like a nice material. It even came in a Gucci supreme bag, My only complaint is that it did take several weeks to arrive, but it was much sooner than the estimated delivery date. I would certainly recommend if you are looking for a quality and affordable dupe of the GG supreme bag!!!
